 I'm always on the lookout for better, cooler and more customizable versions of popular giveaway items for my blog readers.

That's just what I found this week when I was doing an idea search for a client. I'm really impressed with these little pocket sanitizer sprays from our ExpressPens product line:

These custom logo sanitizers are Made in the USA, from plastic that contains 30% recycled material. They're made to order, which allows you to choose the plastic colors for all three areas:  the spray nozzle, the body and the bottom trim piece.

Not only can you choose the plastic colors, you can also choose the plastic type (crystal clear or translucent frosted). That gives you hundreds of possible combinations to make this item uniquely your own!

Step Up your Branding with Custom Logo Pedometers

Custom logo pedometers are a popular swag idea for spring and summer events and tradeshows. They associate your brand with health and fitness, they're small and easy to travel with. If used regularly, they generate a high rate of logo impressions for a low cost.

Step counters have a motion sensor that 'feels' when a step is taken and counts the steps on a simple display screen. They're simple to operate, just press the reset button to start at zero and start walking!

The downside to this type of pedometer is that they don't provide much information, just the number of steps taken between resets. That makes them less useful (and therefore less likely to be used) than ones with more robust features.

Step counting pedometers come in battery and solar-powered models, and in large-display models that are nice choices for Seniors or kids.

Step counting pedometers are the lowest priced, typically in the $2-$4 price range. The cheapest ones often come with a non-replaceable battery. If you choose those, be sure they include an auto shut-off feature for the longest useful life.

There are also custom logo pedometers with built-in radios, built-in heartrate monitors and even pedometers with USB interfaces that transfer workout data directly to a computer!

Fancy, special-function pedometers start out in the $4-$5 range and can go up to around $20 for USB-compatible styles. These types of custom branded pedometers are excellent for corporate wellness or sports training programs, as the higher-end models also tend to be the most accurate. These also make a nice client, donor or patient gift for health-related companies or charities.

No matter which style of logo-branded pedometer you choose, there are a couple of things to keep in mind when ordering them. The biggest problem is usually the small imprint area. Some logos just don't fit, or have too much text or detail to work on such a small item. That also means it's hard to print much contact info on them, like phone numbers, long URLs, etc. It's best to stick with a simple, one-color logo on this item.

PowerDecal - The Hi Tech Bumper Sticker!

 The PowerDecal is a brand new swag idea I just discovered today and had to share with you:



The PowerDecal adheres to the inside of a car window, and in daylight it looks much like a window cling decal. It really shines after dark (pun intended) because it contains an LED backlight that makes it glow.
